What's the turn around timeframe?
Custom paintings can take up to eight weeks to complete, although in most cases paintings are ready in six weeks.
Can l request changes to my painting?
It's important that your custom painting is as amazing as you would hope for. I will send you a picture of your custom painting as l go to ensure it has your tick of approval, this process is your opportunity to request any changes.
How do l share my picture with you?
Once your order has been placed you'll receive an email titled 'It's time to upload your picture!' from hello@artbygrace.com.au (this is important so it doesn't go to spam).
This email will provide you with a link, allowing you to upload your picture/s. Once the picture is uploaded the creative process is underway!
What is the canvas size?
Custom paintings are applied to an 40cm x 50cm sized canvas.
What type of paint is used?
I use acrylic paint!
