How much does a custom painting cost?
All custom paintings cost $300 (not including any shipping costs).
How does the gift card get sent?
After your purchase a gift confirmation email will be sent to you. An email, on the date you requested in this form, will also be sent to your gift recipient. The email will be sent from hello@artbygrace.com.au and will tell them that the gift card is from you! It will look similar to the image on the right. It's a good idea to check in with the recipient to ensure that email didn't go to their junk folder.
How does the recipient order a custom painting?
Your recipient will be prompted to make a custom painting order and can enter their unique gift card code when doing so.
How long is the voucher valid for?
Your gift voucher is valid for three years, from the date of purchase.
